TW-600 Swayk
Our latest two-way actuator SWAYK. Switch easy from wide to precised spraying with only one touch. The key features are: - Integrated lock/unlock mechanism (safety transportation) - Rubber-less construction (freedom to use all ingredients) - Mechanical break-up insert (using compressed air instead of LPG) SWAYK has succeeded in reducing CO2 emissions through two major innovations. One of these is cleaner gas. Our new actuators have mechanical break-up nozzles that can be used with compressed gases and are an alternative to the CO2-emitting liquefied gases most commonly used today. The other is an improvement in manufacturing. The rubber rings used in our previous models have been completely replaced by plastic parts. As a result, greater precision was required in manufacturing to enable smooth nozzle changes as before, but CO2 emissions could be reduced. These two changes have reduced CO2 emissions by more than 90%. At Mitani, we believe that sustainable products should not only be environmentally friendly, but also practical and attractive. These two nozzles and child-resistant closures fit into standard 1-inch aerosol valves, creating a versatile structure that can be used by manufacturers around the world for any purpose and any age. The futuristic design is aesthetically pleasing and provides a visual representation of the product's eco-friendly performance. As CO2 emissions increase year on year and the demand for safer alternatives grows, SWAYK sets a new standard for sustainable aerosol products.
