Refeelit. Universal refilling system for your favourite fragances.
Refeelit allows perfume lovers to refill their loved perfumes without disassembling their precious bottles. Refeelit is compatible with any existing bottle design as long as the pump is accessible. Our machines are universal. One machine to refill them all! By refilling with us you can reduce up to 95% of your carbon footprint on testers and product sales. Or you could fill your sealed bottles on the go as you sell them, simplifying supply greatly.
Metal Stamping & Impact Extrusion
Mechanical & Hydraulic presses, up to 500 Tons, for the cutting, stamping, embossing & conformation of metallic parts, by progressive or transfer processes. Back Impact Extrusion is perfect for the production of cans & caps. Second processes as Laser cutting & engraving, CNC milling or lathing, knurling, rolling and automatic polishing are available in house.
Die casting & post processing
In house production:2400 m2 in Die Casting and post processing operations. 12 Die Casting machines betwen 40 to 240 Tones. 7 full automatic polishing lines. 14 M pieces exported, for the industry of cosmetics, during 2022 Outsourced. Available finishings: * Galva + e-coat * Lacquering & Nanopainting * Powder Painting & Catahoresis.
PU leather
Long experience in the automatized process of PU simili-leather, from slicing, pre-gluing with TPU film, automatic placement & pre-sticking, induction curing…. We developed many special machines and methods expressly for this purpose. 20 millions of finished products exported so far.
Automatic assembly & special processes
In house taylor made machines for the assembly of long series. Including CNC processes, laser cutting & welding & assembly machines.
Plastic injection & decoration
32000 m2 of facilities for Injection & Decoration of thermoplastics. Universal machines (20 in range 400-600 Tons & 65 in range 50-250 Tons) robotized & many CNC. Ultrasonic & Spin Welding. Many options for decoration and surface finishing.
PVD coating
1000m2 in house, for the preparation and deposition of PVD Coatings. Pre-polishing facilities are available in house, as well. PVD is 100% environment friendly, extremely resistant & provide cool finishings. For some materials can replace galvanic operations and the use of expensive ingredients.
Digital printing on flexible surfaces
Ink-Jet printings + UV coating on flexible surfaces (2x2m), to be cut & stuck on the final product. Strong chemical and abrasion resistance. Eventually, for very large quantities, offset printing is available. Typically used on PUs (with or without surface pattern), real leather or other plastic films.
