Responsible metallization
Our first in-house metallization line was launched in 2018 and today we are proud to be known as one of the European leaders in metallization technology. We metallize our own packaging and offer the metallization service to our partners in the plastics processing industry. We decorate caps, closures, mascaras, lip glosses, complex pump closures, as well as jars, bottles and much more. Responsible process Our metallization and varnishing lines are highly efficient, robotized and equipped with a water recovery system. We use LOW VOC solutions and select components in such a way to constantly increase the share of low-solvent varnishes in our process.
PCR PET bottles
Tool shop & molds
The tool shop is the heart of our company, beating since 1962. Designing and manufacturing molds as part of the internal process allows us to manage the development accordingly. We eliminate potential risks and carry out modifications without significantly affecting the project timeline. We develop prototype cavities, pilot molds and a variety of production molds: with hot- and cold-runners, molds with stripper rings, unscrewed and collapsible cores. We develop between 20 and 30 molds per year with cavitation of between 2 and 32 cavities.
Recycled beauty
At Pollena Kurowski, we believe that the packaging of the future is made of plastics, but draws on the principles of circular economy. The beauty of recycling, along with its difficulties, fascinates us and motivates us to constantly improve our processing and to control the sourcing of PCR raw materials.
Luxury caps & closures
50 ml standard jar
UV lacquering
We provide matt, glossy, soft-touch, satin, mirror, and gradation effects in an unlimited color palette. The metallization tooling is prepared internally, thanks to which we can prepare prototype sampling efficiently and start serial production in a short period of time.
UV screen printing
We can offer printing on flat and circular surfaces, up to 4 colors in a single pass. The machines are equipped with camera inspection systems to pick up potential defects. We also print on lacquered and metallized packaging.
Hot-stamping
Our modern and automated machines are equipped with camera inspection systems and automatic packaging modules. We can apply up to 5 different foil colors in a single pass. We print on flat, round and curved surfaces, including double printing (foil on foil).

Our journey to decarbonization
We are proud to announce that in 2024, we became one of the few packaging companies in Poland to implement a decarbonization strategy aligned with the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi).
