About us
Our principal activity is the production of cosmetic and pharmaceutical screw caps. Our offer covers different series with tube diameters from 16 to 50 mm. We propose as well several plastic parts for the wrapping and machinery industry with cutting andinjection molding methodes.
Another speciality of our company is the inhouse mold construction. The development and the modification of existing molds are executed in an efficient and straightforward way. Therefore we offer immaculate articles with a short delivery time with excellent value for money.

RUBA CAPS
Our new line Hardline Standard with thread M11 and M15 was successfully tested and is available in 4 different diameters from now. Compared to the Classic standard line the caps are characterized by a flat surface and because of that, they are better suitable for further processing such as embossing, metallizing or hot foil stamping. We offer this double wall cap, which is injected from inside, in glossy and mat finish.

MyCap by RUBA®
Almost all tools, which are developed and manufactured in our house, are constructed in order that the injection point is situated inside of the caps. Because of that, the production of an individual outer shape and the combination with already existing inner shapes is possible. The inside of the closure remains unchanged, so there is no new validation of the product necessary. This is called «MyCap». With minimal costs, the modular system of tools offers a wide range of solutions for your and your customer-specific wishes and ideas for all caps in all diameters. «MyCap by RUBA®» is officially registered as a trademark.

HDPE caps
Consumers of the cosmetic industry attach great importance not only to the aesthetic but also more to the sustainability. We havo also dealt with this issue in detail. PE Tube & PE Cap Same material for the complete packaging to avoid separate disposal.
PCR caps
Recycling of plastic waste and the use of recycled plastic in new products gets more and more meaning. The demand for PCR (Post-Consumer Recycled) and PIR (Post-Industrial Recycled) is a omnipresent topic. We also participate in this process and already have tested and successfully evaluated the below listed PCR-materials.
Bio-resin for RUBA-Bio-caps
Today there are is a whole range of bio-based resins on the market. In the last few years we were carried out several tests and we continue further with a new ones. However, we note that the not all Bio-resins are ideally suited for injection moulding technology. We advise and suggest to carried out to provide a sampling before of start of series production.
Universal line caps PE, PCR, PCTG
The new line meets following requirements: 1. Processing of different materials as HDPE, PET and PCR Even impurities in PCR-resins are no problem for our new tool 2. Weight reduction The new Universal line caps are one of the lightest caps of whole RUBA-portfolio.
Wooden caps
The product consist of an already existing ribbed RUBA classic standard cap and wooden over cap. This is produced directly by a selected partner and glued together with our cap. Example: for tube Ø35mm: RUBA cap H-29159 + wooden cap The wood used for overcaps has a PEFC-cetificate which confirms that the wood comes from sustainably managed forests. Our closures can be colored in almost any color. This variation option also applies to the wooden overcap. All used masterbatches are eco-friendly.
Our tube shoulder is ideally suited for almost all our closures with an M15 thread. Available in PE, other thermoplastics are also possible on request with successful sampling.
