About us
IFounded in the 1960s, Settala Gas is now owned by Rosehope ltd
The company's distinctive feature was its green intuition which anticipated the ban on the use of CFC (chlorofluorocarbon) based gases by several years, placing it in an advantageous position with regards to the necessary know-how and skills.
In fact, since 1969, the company has been producing an ecological propellant, qualifying us as the first plant in Italy for the production of HC natural gases with zero impact on the environment and already in the 1980s it was ready to satisfy the large market of spray products as a valid alternative choice to the ban on chlorofluorocarbon-based propellants established by the Montreal Protocol.
Settala Gas - Founding member of the A.I.A. (Italian Aerosol Association of FEDERCHIMICA) - is thus a point of reference in the sector, specialized in providing technical and regulatory support, supporting customers in the transition from a non-flammable and easily manageable CFC propellant to ecological but easily flammable HC propellants.
Settala's vision has always been to believe in the properties of hydrocarbons and in the desire to increase their use in a sustainable way, producing and distributing eco-friendly products.
