About us
Founded in Italy, the Tecnocap Group is a multinational company operating in the packaging sector, with more than 80% of its revenue generated from international markets.
The Group’s core business is the industrial production of metal closures for glass and plastic jars and containers, serving food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and household care industries.
This activity is further strengthened by the in-house design and construction of production lines as well as capping machines, which are leased and installed directly at customers’ facilities - ensuring a complete, efficient, and reliable vacuum sealing process for their products.
Over the years, Tecnocap has expanded its production and commercial scope to include the manufacturing of aerosol cans and aluminum bottles, as well as self-adhesive premium and smart labels for the packaging of cosmetics, wines, pharmaceuticals, and food products.

Aluminium Aerosol Cans
The monobloc aerosol can guarantees high quality standards and excellent barrier properties for product integrity. Suitable for all types of propellants and formulations. Easy to store, aerosol cans ensure safe handling along the supply chain. Conceptualized and designed to give to the end-product an attractive and stylish look, the Unishell® and the Bella™ Metal Closures hide the threads inside the closure, consequently showing an elegant and smooth external side. The final result is a sophisticated and classy closure. All the Metal Closures can be enhanced with subtle color changes or bold graphics to reflect their target market more accurately. Why choose our Metal Closures for Cosmetics: No visible threads for a smooth, elegant appearance. Polypropylene interior with other resins available to ensure compatibility with the contents.

This year, Tecnocap Group signed an agreement with a top-class European producer of aluminium slugs and is will be able to manufacture and sell worldwide its (inserire nome della linea) aerosol cans and bottles made of 100% recycled aluminium. An absolutely significant improvement that represents the real essence of circular economy. Tecnocap will also offer Monobloc Aerosol Cans & Bottles with a certified lower percentage of recycled aluminum (25% - 50% and 50% - 75%). As big manufacturers of aluminium aerosol cans and bottles and third worldwide producer of metal closures for food and beverage, Tecnocap is now recognized as global partner for custom-made and 100% infinitely recyclable all-in-one integrated packaging.
