We offer a variety of metal packaging to the markets we serve with innovative shaping and opening solutions. We utilize a number of shaping technologies, including mechanical expansion and blow moulding, to develop standard and custom shapes based on product and brand requirements.
Focus on Innovation
Our R&D Centre employs close to 100 scientists that work with our customers to define the most suitable specifications for every project – including down gauging. They also conduct rigorous testing of materials and coating.
Our focus on R&D has allowed us to consistently bring new innovations to the packaging industry, including the Tripod can, the SpringLatch closure system and the Easy Peel opening solution.

Threaded Bottles
With many functions across multiple markets, our threaded bottles offer a versatile and eco-friendly solution a for variety of products. Our threaded bottles are ideal for a wide variety of personal care, beauty and other household products, including shampoos and conditioners, skin lotions, soaps and body washes, after-sun lotions, pills and foam dispensers. They are available in diameters of between 35mm to 66mm and heights of 85mm to 260mm, with a variety of closure and shape options. And they’re fully compatible with existing pumps, foamers and misters. Aluminium bottles are rust-proof, refillable, and infinitely recyclable. Unlike plastics, metal can be recycled over and over without any loss of quality. And as awareness of the impact of plastic waste grows, consumers and governments alike are becoming more proactive in seeking sustainable alternatives.

Trivium Packaging is proud to announce that it has retained its Platinum status for its third consecutive year, the highest ranking in the 2024 EcoVadis sustainability ratings.
