Our Eco Tubes – Green technology for environmental protection

ECO TUBE is produced with Green materials, a successful choice for customers who want to comply with specific rules for environmental protection. The Green Polyethylene is produced from ethanol sugarcane. During its production the Green polyethylene captures and fixes 2,5 tons of CO2 from the atmosphere, helping to reduce greenhouse gases emissions. It can be recycled 100% like traditional polyethylene.

COEX TUBE is an alternative packaging model, the result of a serious commitment aimed to satisfy the strong market requirements. The multi-layer tube, manufactured by the co-extrusion process, differs from the traditional tubes for its high barrier effect.

Big Size 400 ml

The Big Size 400 ml tube, with a 60 mm diameter, is a stylish alternative to traditional sizes. This format offers a capacity ranging from a minimum of 150 ml to a maximum of 400 ml. Tubes with a 60 mm diameter can be decorated with hot stamping, offset printing up to 7 colors, screen printing up to 5 colors, and can also be labeled.

Upon request, the capsules can be decorated in hot stamping on the edge with the classic gold, silver or colored ring, or on the top and wall with a solid decoration with impressive geometric or floral patterns. Other decorations can be made with screen printing, UV metallization, and aluminum coating in different finishes.

Green Tube

The GREEN CYLINDRICAL TUBE is made from “Green” materials, a winning choice for those who wish to follow a strict environmentally friendly protocol. Unlike traditional polyethylene, which is derived from petroleum, Green Polyethylene is obtained from ethanol sourced from sugarcane. Green Polyethylene is 100% recyclable, just like traditional polyethylene.

Tubopress Italia is proud to have developed a unique and innovative concept tube, the “Très Chic Triptyque”: a particular beauty set composed of 3 pairs of gold and blue tubes. The fusion of multiple techniques in a single packaging creates an incomparable product currently not present on the market in terms of technique and aesthetics. More details on the technical aspects and printing techniques that make this set of tubes a prototype of innovation: - PAIR 1: total-body hot-stamping on extruded white tubes + 2-step silkscreen printing (black + glitter) + a hand-applied rhinestone (strass pearl). The tubes are assembled with UV-metallized gold and blue flip-top caps. - PAIR 2: tubes extruded with special glittered gold and blue masterbatch + 3-step silkscreen printing (white + black + glitter on logo) + a hand-applied rhinestone (strass pearl). The tubes are assembled with special glittered gold and blue masterbatch flip-top caps. - PAIR 3: tubes extruded with gold and blue masterbatch + 4-step silkscreen printing (glitter on total tube + white + black + glitter on logo) + a hand-applied rhinestone (strass pearl). The tubes are assembled with gold and blue masterbatch flip-top caps. This triptyque stands out in opulence and luxury thanks to its look that results from the perfect combination of different materials and printing techniques. Ophthalmic Tubes

Designed and developed primarily for the “Personal Care and Make-up” sector, ophthalmic tubes with diameters of 16, 19, and 22 mm can be decorated with hot stamping, offset printing up to 6 colors, and screen printing up to 5 colors. Tubes with a 25 mm diameter can be decorated with hot stamping, offset printing up to 7 colors, and screen printing up to 5 colors. The tube capacity ranges from 5ml to 50ml.

Oval Tubes

The prestigious line of monolayer and multilayer oval polyethylene tubes includes tubes printed using offset, screen printing, and hot stamping. The Oval Tube stands out from classic tubes due to its distinctive shape. It is paired with a new oval screw cap, which follows the tube’s curved design. Available in three sizes: 30 mm, 35 mm, and 40 mm, with capacities ranging from 20 ml to 130 ml. Upon request, a protection seal can be applied to hole.

Labial Tubes

The lip care tubes designed and developed for the personal care sector can be decorated with hot stamping, offset printing in up to 6 colors, and screen printing in up to 5 colors.

Monomaterial Tubes

Our tubes can be made entirely of PE material, both tube and capsule. What are the advantages of mono-material? – 100% Recyclable: these tubes are easily recyclable in normal recycling collection processes. – Versatility: Available in diameters 40 and 50 covering a capacity of 50 to 300 ml. – High Strength: We guarantee the same product strength and protection as expected from traditional tubes.
