At PCD, we will be presenting injected decorative parts that not only imitate wood, but also contain wood material. Ceramic effect Seal ROGER & GALLET
An ode to spring Transcend your senses The iconic brand ROGER & GALLET reinvents its original Eau de Cologne and increases its attractiveness to younger generations. This range of Cologne has been fully redesigned and Unisto is proud of being part of this project. ROGER & GALLET has designed a ceramic effect seal that adapts to a bottle with complex curvature. This injected seal with microporous aspect enhances the brand while recalling perfumed ceramics. "A tailor-made development to satisfy a creative and demanding customer”. Armani Privé marbled plaques
Unisto is an expert in injecting random marbled decoration pieces. The expertise has been used to develop and produce the Malachite references of the Armani Privé range. New references have been added in 2018: Bleu Turquoise and Bleu Lazuli.

Unisto is the producer of the iconic black seal that decorates every box from Viktor & Rolf perfumes.
Flexible seal for GUERLAIN
To facilitate the work of the sales persons on Guerlain's points of sales, Unisto has imagined a flexible plastic seal that replaces the traditional wax seal. Delivered with an appropriate adhesive on the backside, it is an aesthetic, easy-to-use and effective way of decorating boxes and sachets.

For many years, Unisto is producing an aluminium seal that decorates most of Guerlain's Extracts bottles.
INNOVATION : Unisto focuses on sustainability and eco-design
Offering innovative technologies is at the very heart of Unisto's development strategy. Specialising in the manufacture of injected and aluminium decorations for perfume bottles and cases, the company recently launched a new range of innovative materials and finishes. Previewed at the latest Luxe Pack Monaco trade show, these products, some of which are made from bio-sourced materials and are 100% biodegradable, are generating considerable interest. The use of natural materials Among its new products, Unisto offers a range of injectable wood and cork essences. Combined with bio-sourced materials, these enable the creation of decorations with complex shapes. Unisto goes even further by offering other 100% natural materials such as oyster shells. New components, including a milk protein-based material (100% biodegradable, 100% compostable), will be presented this year. A wide range of effects: Particular attention is paid to the finish of the prints. The natural materials are thus enhanced and the result is even more realistic thanks to the details illustrating the wood, leaf or stone. A multitude of designs are possible.

Unisto created the metallic decoration for the new bottle of the famous Cîroc premium vodka. (Diageo)
Through this project, our client wanted to bring a silky touch to the sober design of the bottle. The garnet-coloured orb evokes the refreshing taste of the watermelon fruit, the metallic design underlines the modern and contemporary touch of the packaging developed for this new release making this bottle an exceptional product. Aluminium plaque "Santal Carmin" for Atelier Cologne
After a first collaboration on the “Rose Smoke” project by Atelier Cologne, L'Oréal group challenged Unisto with the development of a golden aluminum plate, intended to decorate the bottle of the limited edition of the fragrance "Santal Carmin". Inspired by the oriental style, this finely chiseled Lotus flower signs and sublimates the creation of Atelier Cologne. The technical challenge represented by this creation openworked and embossed on several levels, allowed Unisto to demonstrate its know-how and technical mastery.

Based on our know-how, combined with the expertise of the L'Oréal group, Unisto enhances the originality and finesse of this new Limited Edition.
