About us
We are the producer of machinery and other equipment for product filling into the aerosol cans, glass and plastic bottles with atomizers and other closures plus Bag-On-Valve (BOV) Based on which, we have developed successfully also our pharmaceutical machinery division for liquified forms.
Our main goal is to produce machinery of the highest quality. This is enabled by continuous development of the latest technologies and the use of the best components. Thus, the ZIGLER brand is getting increasingly acknowledged and recognized by customers all around the world.

PET AEROSOL VALVE CRIMPER

INDEPENDENT COMPRESSED GASES FILLING MODULE WITH SHAKERS SYSTEM
This equipment is dedicated for compressed gases. - stand-alone - easy to install - high efficiency - flexible in use - It has got special set of working stations allowing multitude of combinations of formulations for compressed gas aerosols. Allows to fill in divided portions, with prolonged dosing time, shaken after filling for better absorption. Operator can chose whichever is needed.
INSTRUMENT FOR MEASURING AEROSOL CAN PARALLELISM
It is a measuring instrument for controlling the parallelism of an aerosol container opening's plane with respect to its base plane. It is intended to be used with the aluminum and steel aerosol cans. According to EN 15010 standard, the parallelism of the aerosol can is considered 1 of 3 critical parameters directly related with the effectiveness of aerosol valve crimp, thus is defining the quality of end aerosol product.
