Using the injection moulding process, GFV Verschlusstechnik manufactures valve protection caps and functional caps at the highest quality standard for the whole of Europe. GFV caps guarantee excellent processability and safety, thanks to their high fitting accuracy and break resistance as well as a low degree of ovality. Therefore, the product focus of the GFV caps is always on the original protective function of valves and spray heads against possible damage. With its wide range of standard products, GFV Verschlusstechnik offers the widest variety of design variants and colour versions, which can be supplemented by special features such as spray tube and spray head mounts. Protective caps with child protection are also available. Whether on standard valve discs, aluminium or tin plate cans, GFV caps in a wide variety of designs and cap inner diameters are used daily in a wide variety of industrial, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, gastronomy and household applications.
Optimised for the lowest possible weight, the thin-walled valve protection caps stand for resource-saving material use and also contribute to the responsible and sustainable use of raw materials, thanks to their recyclability.
In addition to the varied standard range, GFV Verschlusstechnik offers the possibility to develop an individual protective or functional cap on the foundation of decades of expertise and to produce it ready for serial production.
At the ADF&PCD in Paris on 29 and 30 January 2020, GFV Verschlusstechnik will be presenting its varied range of products and special valve protection cap shapes, as well as the new series of wide-neck pots in Hall 7.2 at Booth U05.
