Innovation : We offer the possibility of making caps or other kind of items in multicoloured polyester.

Technical : Liquid resin poured in a specific mold then shaped by CNC
* The resin is either poured in a tube or made out of flat layers that can be superimposed to be used for cut and glue constructions.

The resin is thixotropic. It means the different colors pourred in a same mold cannot mixed up.

Caracteristics :
No tooling investment
Possibility of using up to 6 colours with many possible effects :
-Wood effect
-Marble effect
-Ivory effect
-Pearly effect, Etc.
The shapes can be adapted
Logos / pattern can be made by laser engraving or hot stamping
Possibility to insert ink, flakes etc. inside the cap
