EZ-Deco® – Heat-Transfer Technology for Premium Decoration

EZ-Deco® is an innovative heat-transfer technology for the high-quality decoration of glass, plastic and aluminium. It combines outstanding design freedom, brilliant print quality and high durability in an efficient one-step process.

The technology transfers the complete design directly onto the product at temperatures of up to approximately 230 °C. A precisely engineered multilayer structure combines high-resolution decorative layers, metallic or spot-colour effects and a temperature-sensitive adhesive system. The result is excellent adhesion, sharp details and a consistent, distortion-free appearance.

EZ-Deco® opens up extensive creative possibilities. High-resolution and photorealistic designs, fine gradients, brilliant solid colours, metallic effects and thermochromic elements can all be realised. Different front and back designs as well as 360° decoration create additional opportunities for distinctive, multidimensional brand experiences.

The decoration offers excellent resistance to abrasion, scratches and chemicals, making EZ-Deco® suitable for demanding applications. It can be applied to glass, aluminium and various plastics, including PET, PP, PE, SAN and ABS. Typical applications range from spirits, cosmetics and food packaging to drinking glasses and technical plastic components.
