Stainless-steel frame with full safety guarding and interlock sensors prevents access during operation.

Brushless drive, electro-pneumatic valves and logic control are housed in the lower section, with an intuitive touchscreen HMI and a separate electrical cabinet, while all working units sit on the upper part.

The machine features presence sensors, volumetric dosing up to 500 ml, open-bottle filling nozzles, BOV/aerosol valve insertion and crimping, pressurization control, TTV injection filling (up to 300 ml), valve cleaning with vaporizer, automatic height auto-setup, recipe management, remote service/control, and single/double/triple index selection from the panel.
