Innovative packaging for craft beer: full visibility and added functionality with integrated coasters

The client was looking for packaging that was easy to handle and sustainable, allowing maximum visibility of the bottle and its label, and adding extra value for the consumer. Our solution combines functionality, aesthetics and sustainability in a high-strength corrugated cardboard container, designed specifically for craft products such as beer.

The packaging features a U-shaped design that joins at the bottom and is locked in place with a top piece of cardboard, ensuring safety and a perfect fit for the bottles during transport. Its structure allows for efficient stacking, optimising storage and logistics, while the built-in finger holes facilitate manual transport. The glossy acrylic varnish protects the surface, enhancing its appearance and highlighting the brand.

As an added value, the packaging includes three removable coasters at the bottom, which unfold to offer a fun and memorable experience for the consumer. This surprise feature reinforces brand perception and adds an innovative touch to the packaging, creating an emotional connection with the user.

Manufactured from a single material and without adhesives or plastics, this packaging minimises environmental impact and facilitates recycling. The combination of CKB Carrier cardboard and micro-fluting provides strength and rigidity, ensuring the protection of the bottles and maintaining the integrity of the product from distribution to the point of sale.
