Proposed machine has a top speed up to 250 pcs/min (based on 150-200 ml final product (30-50g of non-foaming liquid and 60-100g of gas)
• All the motors, sensors, control panels on machines, plc, whole buttons (in zone 1 and zone 2) used on line are ex-proof (ATEX)
• Scrolls, change parts and plastic covers on guide rails are anti-static
• Dosing accuracy: +/- 1%
• Machine construction: AISI 304
• Product contact parts: AISI 316 or AISI 304 (quoted based on AISI 304)
• All the machine cabinets are equipped with on/off switches
• Clutch system for all machine in case of any jamming cans

• Submitted air consumption for each machine is just to give an idea, they may not reflect the exact values
• Extraction duct connection point on top of each machine
