ur MULTIflow HRS multi-cavity line for small applications is designed for low shot weights ranging from 0.20 to 120 g, depending on the polymer used. It accommodates a wide range of layouts and features various nozzle sizes, allowing for a minimum pitch down to 15 mm with a 12 mm cut-out. The hot half provides a fast, plug-and-play solution for the injection molding machine. The internal system geometry is precisely profiled to ensure excellent resistance to bending and torsion, even with high cavitation numbers. In addition, the dedicated system design significantly increases the wear resistance of the components.
