VAL56 | Automatic thermoforming machine

Automatic thermoforming machine for the production of vials and unit-dose packaging in plastic film and paper. VAL56 is a complete automatic thermoform machine, filling and sealing single-dose containers and vials in plastic and paper. Automatic in all its stations VAL56 contains years of experience in design and contract packing production. Valmatic is in fact the first user of the FFS Models designed internally and used in the co-packing department. Compact but fast VAL56 has in fact a high productivity up to 40 strokes per minute. The in-line printer makes the customer independent from external suppliers and offers the possibility of producing even small batches for presentations, fairs or sampling without waste. The main stations of the VAL56 and each single volumetric filling syringe are managed by operator panel through servomotor ensuring optimal performance and simple control even by less expert operators.
