Valmatic is an Italian firm, with over 45 years of experience in monodose packaging and with 2 core business:

1. FORM FILL SEAL MACHINE PRODUCER-> Valmatic manufactures FFS machines for producing singledosis containers in plastic film for personal care, pharmaceutical, chemical, food and vet Industries. Machines can produce stand up singledosis, peelable or squeezable, vials and shaped dosis from 0.5 to 100 ml. It is possible to pack liquid products, oils, crems, serums and other different viscosities.

2. CONTRACT-PACKAGIN FACILITY-> in our headquarter in Italy Valmatic has 9 FFS machines and offer a co-packing service for european and italian customers. Customers send us product in bulk and we pack in single dosis containers from 0.5 to 100ml. Valmatic also offers a full service including cards, cases, displays and so on. The customer will have back the product ready to sell. We have more than 100 moulds customers can use for free. On the other hand is also possible to customize the product developping a new mould and cutter.

* Valmatic often sells the plastic film in reels to our machines customer.

The plastic film PET/EVOH/LDPE came for the 80 % from plastic market and it is recyclable, so green and eco-friendly material. It is a top quality material and efficient because it is the same we use every day in our co-packing facility.

SINGLE-DOSE THERMOFORMED MANUFACTURING

Valmatic designs and manufactures single-dose packaging and vials for third parties working in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, veterinary, chemical and food industries. All products are completely customizable in shape, color and look, and available with a variable capacity ranging from 0.50ml to 200ml. All thermoformed products are made of thin plastic films, which are flexible, light and hygienic. The packaging is easy to handle and easy to open. The plastics we use are made of up to 80% recycled PET bottles, and are recyclable themselves. Even the ink and adhesives are made with materials that are certified according to international regulations, upholding elevated hygiene and safety standards. Made in Valmatic single-dose packaging guarantees products’ freshness and ease of use. They allow customers to only take what’s necessary to their workplace, school, or when on holiday, avoiding bulky and heavy containers. Thanks to the barrier materials used by thermoforming technology, the shelf-life of products stored within single-dose packaging is guaranteed over time. Valmatic single-dose packaging ensures controlled dosage of all products and low environmental impact, compared to other kinds of packaging. Our thermoformed products are made of thin plastic films. They are flexible, light and hygienic, easy to handle and easy to open. The plastics we use are made of up to 80% recycled PET bottles, and are recyclable themselves. We listen to our customers’ requests to find the best solutions to their needs. Made in Valmatic primary packaging is often characterized by the registration of Patented Designs, so as to protect exclusivity. It’s also possible to use an existing kind of packaging, choosing from a wide range of available models, graphically customizing the color and label.

MI.RI.FLEX™ FILLING AND CLOSING MACHINE FOR VIALS

Mi.Ri.Flex™ is the new simple and compact semi-automatic machine for filling, sealing and cutting pre-formed vertical containers and vials made in plastic film. This machine is fed with pre-formed open containers in reels with fixed width (17.4 mm) and capacity from 0,50 to 15 ml. Valmatic internally produces rolls for this machine. Mi.Ri.Flex™ fills liquids of different viscosities and cuts single doses or strips of maximum 20 pieces. The machine is controlled by an operator panel to set production rate, length of the strip and sealing temperature. Mi.Ri.Flex™ is the ideal solution for small batches producers and for those people who are starting their own business without significant investments.

VAL56 | Automatic thermoforming machine

Automatic thermoforming machine for the production of vials and unit-dose packaging in plastic film and paper. VAL56 is a complete automatic thermoform machine, filling and sealing single-dose containers and vials in plastic and paper. Automatic in all its stations VAL56 contains years of experience in design and contract packing production. Valmatic is in fact the first user of the FFS Models designed internally and used in the co-packing department. Compact but fast VAL56 has in fact a high productivity up to 40 strokes per minute. The in-line printer makes the customer independent from external suppliers and offers the possibility of producing even small batches for presentations, fairs or sampling without waste. The main stations of the VAL56 and each single volumetric filling syringe are managed by operator panel through servomotor ensuring optimal performance and simple control even by less expert operators. V75 - FORM FILL SEAL MACHINE

V75 is the latest generation of thermoforming and filling lines for the production of monodoses in single or coupled plastic film. Chemical, pharmaceutical, veterinary, cosmetic and food industries are the main fields of application. The filling capacity of the vials and monodose units produced by V 75 varies from 0.25 to 200 ml also. The versatility is the main advantage of this Valmatic FFS machine model. In fact, the 75mm mould pitch makes this machine suitable not only for the production of monodoses with reduced capacity (1 ml) but also of larger monodoses (50-100 ml), used for example in the agricultural field. The unwinding system could be mono reel for the production of stand-up monodose or double reel for the production of standard and peelable monodoses with or without aluminium. The mould area is equipped with a container’s sealing control and the interchangeable cutting device allows the production of strip or shaped monodoses. V 75 can be combined with the Thermoprinter Valmatic V100 machine, a one-colour printer placed before the unwinder unit; the latter frees the customer from external printing services, with no wastage.

VAL175 FORM FILL SEAL MACHINE

VAL 175 is a thermoforming and filling machine (FFS) designed for producing single-dose containers formfilled in laminated plastic sheets in which the whole company know-how has been put in: thanks to the easy access of this machine the format changeover from 1 to 300 ml is really fast and convenient to clean. VAL175 has been designed for cosmetic, chemical, pharmaceutical and food industry. VAL 175 is an all-around machine conceived for medium and large production: it can manufactures unit-dose and vials with or without flat bottom (stand-up). Its scope can vary from the coupling of a single folded film to the coupling of 2 plastic films or of one plastic film and one aluminum film (peelable). VAL 175 employs a mechanics combined with a cuttingedge electronic control both for the operator interface and the internal motion management. It is equipped with a Siemens touch screen operator panel, with a display of 10” fitted for remote control. The machine motion is possible thanks to a pneumatic-mechanical handling system controlled by Profinet modules, with cycles that can be adapted to the specific requirements of a product as well as a very short changeover times.

VT240 - FORM FILL SEAL MACHINE

VT240 is a thermoforming-filling machine designed in accordance with G.M.P. regulations (good manufacturing practice) for the production of thermo-formed unit-doses in plastic laminated material, aluminum or specials papers. It is suitable for liquids, gels, creams, dense products, semi-dense products and powders for the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food and chemical industries. The machine has been designed with cantilevered main frame, this allows a better accessibility to the operator to make format changes and cleaning. In addition, the machine is equipped with a film warehouse, with the possibility of using one or two films, support that allows you not to stop the machine and processing for reel changes and an automatic system of blowing containers with inert gas. VT240 is equipped with a system of moisture control and environmental monitoring within the machine and it can be built in accordance with the CFR 21 Part 11 regulation published by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) related to technologies for construction of machines for the pharmaceutical industry.

Periodically investments are done in new moulds and cutting parts on own machines, trying to anticipate market demands in order to provide innovative and cutting-edge solutions. Valmatic doses can be printed one color bot sides on transparent and white film and we can also offer total colored monodoses.

ECO FRIENDLY CONTAINERS

Valmatic produces vials and single-dose containers made of BPET/PE material where BPET is regenerated and comes up to 80% from the water bottles. An eco-friendly green material that preserves and maintains the characteristics of the product. 2022 NEWS: For capacities up to 50 ml we can offer also PET1 solution, fully plastic recyclable material. PET MONO MATERIAL CONCENTRATED SINGLE-DOSE REFILLS Valmatic presents a new concept of single-dose packaging for REFILL suitable for concentrates for the household and cosmetic sector. Practical, light, standing up. With 7 grams of recycled and recyclable material we make containers from 100 ml and more, with low environmental impact. You can make custom shapes and miniatures of the original container, in the shape of a trigger or a bottle. The secondary packaging is FSC certified.
