Ester Vagnozzi PhD, R&D coordinator at TekniPlex Gaggiano, Italy. Ester defended her PhD thesis on “the supramolecular organisation of dyketopyrrolopyrrole derivatives” in 2016. After specialising in intellectual property management, she joined TekniPlex in 2017 where she specialises in the chemical characterisation of rubber compounds. Ester leads innovation projects aimed at developing new compounds that are more environmentally friendly and sustainable.
