Hugo Adams is the CEO of Kelpi. a world leader in sustainable biomaterials working in partnership with some of the world’s largest brands to replace plastic in packaging.  Before Kelpi Hugo spent 27 years in the consumer goods, FMCG and retail industries in a variety of senior commercial, marketing and business development roles.  He has launched, scaled and expanded brands, products and markets across personal care, home care and food.  He is now leading Kelpi to turn the tide on plastic packaging and deliver high performing, sustainable, recyclable, biodegradable packing material alternatives.
