  • Steward of the B for Good Leaders movement, which brings together 30,000 entrepreneurs to build a regenerative economy.
  • Chairwoman of the Advisory Board of the Value Balancing Alliance (VBA), which brings together pioneering companies such as Michelin, L’Oréal, and Kering to redefine the very notion of value.
  • Co-founder of Generation Glasgow, a collective of leaders dedicated to courageous leadership and the key role of boards of directors.

A former Catalyst at Danone, she led the strategic transformation “One Planet. One Health” alongside Emmanuel Faber. A former Co-Chair of the Consumer Goods Forum, she was named among the industry’s Top 25 Doers & Shakers.
A committed advocate for women’s leadership, Isabelle is the co-founder and vice-president of Elles on Board and is active within B Corp’s Future Women X and the International Women’s Forum. A member of the World Economic Forum, she is part of the 100 Davos Women, the global community of high-impact women leaders, where she works to amplify women’s voices and promote more diverse, responsible, and forward-looking governance.
