Laure-Anne Dumas has been Head of CSR at La Rosée since 2022, a cosmetics brand known for its naturally derived formulas and eco-designed packaging.
After twelve years working in the media industry, she completed training in sustainable development and corporate social responsibility with AFNOR before joining La Rosée.
She now leads the brand’s major sustainability transformation initiatives, including CSR strategy, B Corp certification, the company’s decarbonization roadmap, and its involvement in several circular economy coalitions, notably Pharma-Recharge and the Cosmetics & Refill Coalition.
As a member of the Executive Committee, she also drives responsibility and ecological transition issues internally and across the company’s entire partner ecosystem (manufacturers, packaging suppliers, pharmacists, etc.), with the ambition of making La Rosée a committed and exemplary player in responsible cosmetics.
In 2024, she completed the CEC program in the Lyon region alongside Coline Bertrand, co-founder of La Rosée.
