After training as an engineer and gaining a post-graduate diploma (DEA) in plastics, Pascal began his career in a research centre as a packaging development engineer for a plastics supplier. He then joined the R&D structure of several plastic packaging groups. In 2000 he joined the BERRY GLOBAL group as R&D Director and since 2008 he has been Research & Innovation Director. He has over 35 years’experience in R&D for plastic packaging.
