Founder and General Manager, R3 Imagin’able
An economist by training (Paris Dauphine) and a graduate of the Collège des Hautes Etudes de l’Environnement et du Développement Durable (Centrale/Agro Paris Tech), Thomas has extensive experience in the reflection and implementation of strategic sustainable approaches, which he acquired in his capacity as Director of Sustainable Development at Vinci, PPR and SFR. He also created the SFR Foundation for Equal Opportunities, of which he was the first director and one of the co-founders and directors of the College of Sustainable Development Directors. Finally, he has entrepreneurial experience, having founded his own firm Imagin’able in 2008, which focuses on positive innovation strategies and approaches. In 2021, Thomas partners with Frédéric Rodriguez to join R3 Group – an ecosystem of independent entities with complementary expertise to bridge the gap between the economy and ecology, this is when Imagin/able becomes R3 Imagin/able, part of R3 Group.
In this context, he has assisted around a hundred companies from all sectors in structuring their strategy and/or sustainable innovation approach.
He is a lecturer in several major schools (HEC Entrepreneur Major, Aix Marseille School of Economics, ENSCI Innovation By Design Master’s degree, etc.). He is also a member of the Orientation Council of the Sustainability and Social Innovation Master’s degree at HEC
