Press release | Paris Packaging Week wins ‘Best International Trade Show’ at EN Awards for second time in three years

Paris, April 08, 2025 – Paris Packaging Week 2025 has been crowned ‘Best International Trade Show’ at the renowned Exhibition News Awards, held in London this March.

The Exhibition News Awards are a leading awards programme in the global exhibition industry and spotlight exceptional achievements across organisers, suppliers, venues, and individuals. The 2025 ceremony took place on 28 March in front of a packed audience, honouring excellence across categories including Best Trade Show, Best Consumer Show, Best Venue, and more.

Paris Packaging Week stood out among a strong lineup of international contenders, including Tech Week Singapore, Africa Tech Festival, Global Health Exhibition, Accountex España, Licensing Expo, Cityscape Global, NoVacancy Australia, and EDUtech Asia.

The 2025 edition of Paris Packaging Week broke all previous records, recording 27% growth in visitor numbers to over 12,500 packaging professionals, alongside more than 200 new exhibitors among the 830 suppliers. The event, in a new hall, brought together packaging designers, engineers, and innovators from across the globe for two days of inspiration, collaboration, and cutting-edge innovation. New features at the event included the Pentawards Festival for the design community and the Discovery Zone for packaging start-ups, alongside the four well-established ADF, PCD, PLD and Packaging Première shows, which packaging innovation in aerosols, beauty, drinks and luxury respectively.

Josh Brooks, Event Director at Paris Packaging Week, expressed his pride:

“This award is a testament to the incredible dedication of our entire team – from marketing and sales to operations, finance, and leadership.

“Most of all, though, it reflects the incredible support and enthusiasm for the event from our global community of packaging suppliers, brand owners, speakers, awards juries, associations, schools and media. They all bring real energy and creativity to Paris Packaging Week and I would like to thank everyone who makes it such a special and inspiring event.”

“It’s an honour to work in such an inspiring industry. This recognition fuels our passion to continue delivering a world-class experience for the packaging community.”

Paris Packaging Week also won this award for its 2023 edition, and the repeat of that achievement in 2025 underlines the event’s position as the must-attend event for packaging designers, developers and suppliers; and its growing impact on the international stage.
