Press release | All eyes on Paris as registration opens for Paris Packaging Week’s biggest edition yet
Paris Packaging Week will see 950 exhibitors put packaging innovation centre stage in Paris on 3 & 4 February 2027, with more than 80 conference sessions offering fresh perspectives on the industry’s future.
Paris, October 15, 2026 – Registration has opened for what is set to be the biggest Paris Packaging Week yet, bringing around 950 exhibitors to the French capital at a time when brands face growing pressure to make the right packaging decisions. Visitors from across beauty, aerosols, premium drinks, luxury, and design will be able to compare solutions and discuss their next project directly with the people who can help deliver it, while gaining insight into developments directly impacting their sector.
Following a 2026 edition that attracted 14,442 visitors, up 14% year on year, the event returns with a refreshed theme, ‘In the Spotlight’, which highlights the packaging developments and people worth discovering. Paris provides a fitting setting: the City of Light’s influence in beauty and luxury draws the international packaging community to the French capital.
Noura Moussa, Head of Marketing at Paris Packaging Week, said: “Paris has always been a place where creativity and craftsmanship are given a platform to be seen, and its transport connections make it easy for the global packaging community to come together. We’re proud to offer an accessible meeting point that creates the opportunity for encounters that lead to new projects.”
At the heart of Paris Packaging Week are five specialist communities, each with its own expertise and identity. PCD brings the beauty packaging community together, while ADF focuses on aerosols and dispensing. PLD connects premium drinks brands with packaging suppliers and designers, and Packaging Première extends the offer into luxury, including fashion, jewellery, and watches. In addition, the Pentawards Festival brings international award-winning packaging design and a dedicated creative programme. Together, these communities create opportunities for ideas to move between sectors: a dispensing innovation developed for beauty could find an application in aerosols, while an approach pioneered in premium drinks could offer new possibilities for fragrance.
With more than 80 conference sessions alongside the expanded exhibitor presence, helping visitors make effective use of their two days is a priority. The event app is already open, enabling visitors to discover exhibitors and prepare meetings ahead of their visit.
“We are welcoming major international suppliers who will exhibit alongside specialist businesses that can address precise technical or production needs,” added Moussa. “The scale of Paris Packaging Week gives visitors more choice, but the number of exhibitors or conferences alone does not make a successful event. We don’t expect every visitor to see everything. Someone developing a refillable fragrance bottle will have different priorities from a designer exploring luxury presentation boxes. Our role is to help each of them find the expertise they need, with room for an unexpected discovery.
“In a market where every investment needs to demonstrate its value, those encounters matter. A conversation with an engineer, or the discovery of a material you hadn’t previously considered, can change what you ask of your next packaging project. Ultimately, success is measured by the projects that move forward and the partnerships that begin during those two days.”
Previous visitors include professionals from Unilever, LVMH, Chanel, Pernod Ricard, YSL, L’Oréal, and Coty, reflecting the breadth of the international brand community that comes to Paris. Reflecting on previous editions, Clément Petit, Project Development Manager at LVMH, said: “We love discovering the innovations and trends which are shaping and changing the industry,” while Chas Aylsworth, Business Development at Trivium Packaging, added: “We see so many of our customers. It’s a must-attend event for our business.”
Registration is now open for Paris Packaging Week, taking place on 3 & 4 February 2027 at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, Pavilion 1. Register for your free ticket at www.parispackagingweek.com.
