I got an email/phone call from someone saying they have an attendee/ exhibitor list. Is this legitimate?

Easyfairs would like to draw your attention to fraudulent offers of contact lists and other “services” that you may receive via unsolicited emails. If you receive such a communication, it is certainly fraudulent and not from Easyfairs. Easyfairs never sells visitor data to third parties. The data provided by these companies is in most cases either inaccurate, incomplete, of poor quality or even false and/or has been collected or acquired in breach of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Any use of the name Easyfairs or Paris Packaging Week by these companies is done without our permission and is illegal. Please do not respond to these emails. Under no circumstances should you make any payments to the companies that send them to you. Please inform Easyfairs if you receive such solicitations so that we can take appropriate action and alert other exhibitors.

Yes, there will be two cloakrooms at the venue where visitors will be able to store their belongings.

Yes, you must be 16 or over in age to attend Paris Packaging Week.

Lunch will only be available for Ambassadors. There are plenty of cafés around the venue for visitors to get lunch.

In your confirmation email you can find a “registration key”. Use this key to modify your information here, under the title ‘Need to amend your details?’

If you can’t find your confirmation email, drop us an email at marketing@parispackagingweek.com.

Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email with your unique entrance voucher. Within your entrance voucher is your QR code. You must present this at registration once you arrive at Paris Packaging Week to receive your badge.

We recommend you present it on a smartphone rather than printing it out.
