Lucie Perrin is a Senior Consultant at Circul’R, where she supports leading market players in their transition toward more circular business models.
Her commitment to building a more responsible industry began at Umaï, a pioneering ethical cosmetics brand, where she worked as a Product Development Manager. This hands-on experience enabled her to develop strong expertise in eco-design and sustainable formulation. Seeking to address these challenges at a systemic level, she later specialized by earning a Master’s degree in Sustainability at ESSEC, within the Circular Economy Chair.
Today, Lucie leads the perfumery vertical of the Recosm coalition. For over a year, she has been coordinating an unprecedented collaboration between industry leaders, including Interparfums, Parfums Christian Dior, LVMH Fragrance Brands, Diptyque, Nocibé, and Beauty Success, to drive lasting transformation across the value chain.
