Paris Packaging Week and NVC Packaging Centre have launched Packaging Women in France to showcase your career and recognise your contribution to our industry.
Why packaging woman of France ?
Shine a spotlight. Share knowledge. Inspire.
Packaging is an industry driven by talent, expertise and innovation. Across France, women are helping to shape its future, some in the spotlight, others working behind the scenes.
Packaging Woman of France was created with a simple purpose: to recognise one of these professionals and give her a platform to share her experience, ideas and vision.
Beyond celebrating an individual journey, the programme also aims to encourage knowledge-sharing, create new connections and empower more women to take their place and make their voices heard across the industry.
Who can apply?
Whether you work for a brand, a supplier, an SME, a start-up, an agency, an institution or a large corporation, the doors are open.
To take part, you must:
- have been working in the packaging sector for at least one year;
- be a French national and/or work for an organisation based in France or in French overseas territories.
You can enter for yourself or nominate a professional.
Why enter?

- Take your place on stage at the official ceremony on 4 February 2027.
- Join a network of women facing the same challenges as you.
- Gain access to the activities and training courses offered by the NVC Packaging Centre.
- Expand your network at the European packaging trade shows organised by Easyfairs.
Participation is free of charge.
More than an award
A year-long platform to make an impact
The winner will be free to shape her own agenda for the year and will receive support from Paris Packaging Week and NVC Packaging Centre, tailored to her needs, to help amplify her initiatives.
She will also have access to NVC Packaging Centre’s activities, training programmes and workshops, as well as the European packaging events organised by Easyfairs.
A European programme
Beyond France, this initiative forms part of a European community of packaging professionals who share their experiences, expertise and ambitions.
In 2026, the Italian edition presented an award to Anna Paola Cavanna, Sole Director of Laminati Cavanna Spa.
