Micil and Kneecap have joined forces to create a limited-edition poitín, bringing together two strong identities in a single product. Crafted from Micil’s Connemara poitín and aged in casks infused with Kneecap’s favourite tonic wine, the spirit reflects both the distillery’s historic expertise and the band’s distinctive visual style.
The poitín’s clandestine past inspires a raw and expressive design. Journalistic-inspired typography, rough print textures and references to vintage Irish posters evoke the clandestine distillation practised by Micil in Connemara as far back as 1848. The label retains the brand’s essential identity, creating a recognisable, unique limited edition rooted in its heritage.
