Your experience as an exhibitor must be as simple, practical and enjoyable as possible.
We offer you profitable and adjustable solutions according to your objectives and your budget. We will work together to understand and analyse your business needs in order to offer you the formula that best suits you.
There are many stand options. You can choose a 7 m2 stand or simply a “bare” stand to leave room for your creativity. These stand options are complemented by smart badge technology and extensive promotion and sponsorship opportunities. Our goal: to offer you a complete and tailor-made package!
Our basic shell scheme packages
Standard shell scheme
3m x 2m + 1 sqm storage area
The stand package includes:
- Walls (2500m high) – in high quality Aluvision bematrix frames
- White infill Panels
1m² or 2 sqm storage area - 1 x lockable door for storage area
- High sign – company name & stand number only
- Lateral signage – company name & stand number only
- Please note the stand doesn’t include any electrical power
- Exhibition grade cord carpet for exhibition surface

Premium shell upgrade option
Please note that this upgrade is only available for single and double stand (from 7 to 15 sqm) and only via our webshop after exhibitor have booked a stand.
The stand package includes:
- Walls (2500mm high) – in high quality Aluvision frames
- Choice color fabric for all walls
- 1 x locked door for storage room.
- Door location might change –check update layout in Myeasyfairs after order
- 1 illuminated locked white showcase (does not include power)
- 2 illuminated showcases for 3 open sides double stand
- 1 round name board
- Framed led light
- Exhibition grade cord carpet on exhibition area
- Wall & carpet colours must be chosen by 4th Dec. If not, the standard colour for walls will be pink for PCD, blue for ADF and navy for Packaging Premiere.
