Thépenier Pharma & Cosmetics is a French CDMO specializing in full-service pharmaceutical and cosmetic manufacturing, with more than 60 years of industrial expertise. The company supports brands and healthcare laboratories throughout the entire project lifecycle, from formulation to finished product, covering formulation development, regulatory support, manufacturing, filling and packaging, and quality control. With strong expertise in liquid and semi-solid dosage forms, Thépenier Pharma & Cosmetics serves a wide range of cosmetic and healthcare applications. Certified pharmaceutical GMP and ISO 22716, the company operates within a highly regulated environment and generates a significant share of its business on international markets. Environmental responsibility is embedded in the industrial strategy, supported by the 30/30 initiative, ISO 14001 certification, carbon emissions monitoring and annual environmental impact assessments.

Based in the Loiret region for 40 years, TPC is a contract packager of cosmetics, fragrances, and skincare products for the Beauty industry. We also work for the parapharmacy, agri-food, nutraceutical, publishing, and gift industries. We are an adapted company (employing 170 people with disabilities) and a 100% cooperative (each employee owns at least one share of the company). We carry out: - primary packaging (eye products: mascara, eyebrow setters, serums, or any non-foaming liquid product, including perfumes) - secondary packaging, labeling, wrapping (boxing, cellophane wrapping, film wrapping, sleeving), - assembling boxes, filling kits, displays, - complex assemblies (gluing domes, powder compacts, dummies, making massage pouches, etc.) - disassembly, sorting, and compliance checks.
