About us
Family-run company since 1951 in Cognac, BERNADET is a French expert in high-end glass decoration for complex items and demanding markets (wines/spirits, perfumery/cosmetics, fine food, lifestyle, etc.). Our know-how: screen printing, hot stamping, pad printing, dummies bottles, decals application, hand painting, decorative shrink sleeves, packaging accessories and wax seals. For small or large series, we are able to deliver in short lead times.
We are proudly committed in a proactive CSR approach since 2016.

Know - How of Excellence, Made in France
We are known for our perfect mastering in screen printing on glass ... Thanks to our high level of expertise, we are able to print on crystal. We operate on bottles, jars, and decanters, from 3cl to 18L. We offer designs in enamel (without metals), organic ink, gold and platinum precious metals (direct or on flow), hot stamping. Our digital machines can print up to 8 colors on any shapes of bottles, even the most complicated ones. Our technical skills include high end decoration such as hand painting (application of gold and platinum for the most prestigious products) or decals for quite complex projects.

The knowledge of dummies bottles, by internal painting, was born in our company in 1951. Our long expertise allows us to reproduce all the colors of your product ranges. Our process makes possible to simulate the filling, its flexibility makes the application possible on any type of bottle, for contents between 3cl and 27l. According to our customer's need, we also propose another process: liquid dummy. This product is the ideal marketing tool for displays, exhibitions, points of sale (retail, selective distribution ...) for the Perfumery / Cosmetics and Wines & Spirits markets. We perform this service for any quantity, even for a single bottle!
Know-How of Excellence, Made in France
The range of our machines and their flexibility of use allows the installation of stamps and stripes on any type of bottle and for any volume, whatever the form and the material : wax, plastic, metal, (with or without strip) . All our machines, digital or semi-automatic, come from internal development, and it's quite a specifity of our company! Thanks to our prepress laboratory, we offer a wide range of colors with the ability to copycat any color from your products. We are also equipped to apply various accessories: medals, cords ... According to the quality of your targeted markets and the quantity of the batch (masstige, limited editions ...) we will operate in manual installation or mechanical laying.
Shrink Sleeves
We operate in a dedicated workshop, decorative shrink sleeves for small and large series as well as protective sleeves on our silkscreened decorations. We are the only player in the whole Western France and we work in partnership with sleeves printers renowned for their expertise. Depending on the typology of your markets, in small or large batches, for premium target or mass market, and according to pour specifications, we operate in automatic or manual application. The sleeve is a wonderful territory of expression, offeringto your brand a 360 ° decoration.
DECOWAX®
With our 30 years’ experience in wax seal application and in order to support our customers in their growing demand in personalizing their packaging, we have developed an original solution for decorating the wax seal (coloring and gilding of the reliefs). Driven by our CSR commitments, we avoid the use of plastic and prefer to use traditional and authentic materials. After exploring several potential techniques, the chosen process, baptized DECOWAX®, is a hybridization of several technologies and internal know-how. ORVERRE
In order to support brands in their growing desire to combine premiumization and sustainability, we have developed, in partnership with the neo-Aquitaine start-up UGIEL, new techniques for formulating enamels and inks with precious pigments for glass decoration. Ugiel technology is carried out under green chemistry conditions, and makes it possible to color a surface by depositing a semi-continuous submicron layer of precious metals on it, allowing optimized use of raw materials. It authorizes the reuse / recycling of gold-based by-products in order to use it as a raw material. Our technologies offer new perspectives to brands who want to decorate with precious metals in a responsible way.
