Refillable PP jars for creams
To offer cosmetics manufacturers sustainable packaging in line with new customer expectations, we have selected this reusable and 100% recyclable jar from our ECOsphere range. Eco-designed in Europe, this clear PP jar has a white PP inner pod. The double-wall effect gives it a premium aesthetic, perfect for the cosmetics market. Jars available in 50, 100 and 200 ml versions, to be paired with a white PP screw-on lid with an EPE liner. Optional peel-off seal to protect from tampering.
100% plant-based tamper-evident jars
To combine safety and eco-friendliness, we offer you our Securibox jars made from organic HDPE. These cylindrical jars with snap-on lids are available in 4 capacities: 77, 135, 330 and 655ml They come from the "BIOsourced items" selection of our ECOsphere range.
Recycled plastic cosmetic bottles (PCR)
In our ECOsphere range of products, we’ve made a selection of 5 different shape of PCR bottles adapted to the cosmetic sectors. • Tall Boston Round (TBR) rPET bottle, in recycled plastic (50 of recycled material), available in many capacities from 30 to 1000ml. • Sharp rPET bottle, in recycled plastic (50% of recycled material), available in many capacities from 50 to 1000ml. • Boston Round rPET bottle, in recycled plastic (50% of recycled material), available in many capacities from 50 to 1000ml. • Classic PE PCR bottle*, 100% recycled plastic, available in many capacities from 30 to 500ml. • Essentiel PE PCR bottle*, 100% recycled plastic, available in various capacities from 100 to 500ml. We also offer PCR (rPP) caps - simple, Flip Top, Disc Top - so that you can associate it with your PCR bottle. Our 50% rPET bottles contains Bantam, a “Prevented Ocean Plastic” certified recycled material which comes from the collection of plastic waste found along the shore and up to 50 kilometers from the coast of developing countries. This material is produced by Bantam Materials UK, a company that develops recycled plastic supply chains in these countries. *PE PCR bottles non-compliant with food regulations.
Eco-designed AIRLESS bottle
In our ECOsphere range, we have selected for you the "AirFree® Vega bottle and Ecosolution™ pump" solution: a convenient, safe and eco-conscious bottle, available in 5 capacities: 50, 100, 200, 400 and 500ml. This eco-certifiable packaging consists of a PP bottle with an internal EVOH/PE oxygen barrier pouch and a 100% plastic pump. As the inner pouch collapses, the product evacuation rate is much higher than with a traditional bottle, even for highly viscous products. This airless bottle can be used at any angle, requires no propellant and is equipped with a pump manufactured with 50% fewer parts (compared to standard pumps). Can be used with short spout or long spout pumps. The bottle and pump are 100% recyclable because they are 100% plastic (no metal spring or glass in the pump).
Cosmetic pumps for viscous or pasty products
Look for the perfect accessory for easy and practical use of your viscous or pasty products (cream, gel, soap, milk, laundry detergent, oil, etc.). Fidel Fillaud proposes a wide range of dispensing pumps for bottles, suitable for numerous applications - dose dispensed from 0.13 mL to 4 mL, various neck finishes, with or without transport clip, etc. • GS dispensing pumps for 24/410 or 28/410 neck finish bottles, delivering a dose of 1.2 ml or 2 ml, just right for body care products. • GSA dispensing pumps for 24/410, 28/400 or 28/410 neck finish vials, delivering a dose of 1.2 ml or 2 ml, eco-certifiable. • Special dispensing pumps (VITA – GSA Adoré – Hiflow – Long spout) • Cream pumps with spout, delivering a dose of 0.13 to 0.19 ml, just the right quantity for facial skincare products.
PET and rPET Straight Cylindrical jars
Full range of PET jars starting at 50 ml. These clear jars come in many neck finishes and capacities and are a staple in the beauty industry. We also carry a range of straight cylindrical jars made from recycled PET: rPET jars (50% PCR) neck finish 70/400 from 100 to 400 ml. These jars can be paired with aluminium or plastic screw-on lids in various colours. Our 50% rPET jars contain Bantam, a Prevented Ocean Plastic certified recycled material that comes from plastic waste collected within 50 km distance of an ocean coastline in developing countries. This material is produced by Bantam Materials UK, a company that develops recycled plastic supply chains in these countries.
Range of straight glass jars
We carry different models of Premium Twist Off jars for the cosmetic sector. Various neck finishes and capacities are available for these tall-neck straight cylindrical or square glass jars to be paired with our metal lids in silver, black, gold or copper tone depending on the model and neck finish.

Creators, producers and distributors of essential oils and sanitizing sprays, perfume bases and fragrances, home fragrances and pillow mists will love our collection of packaging to store, protect and embellish your product: • System PlusTM aluminium bottles and cans, neck finish 32, neck finish 45 and neck finish 62, are a solid value for packaging sensitive and high added value products such as perfume bases or essential oils. • The 9M6TM aluminium screw-top vials, neck finish Europa 6, are perfect for storing and shipping samples. • The aluminium screw-top vials, neck finish 24/410, can be paired with many different accessories (spray pump, screw cap, etc.). Their interior lining makes it possible to package water-based products. • Our all round glass vials, neck finish 18DIN, are particularly suited for the essential oil market thanks to their shape and the colours available (amber, blue). • The Tall Boston Round 200 ml PET bottle, neck finish 24/410, in midnight blue is frequently used for packaging floral waters. • Our 2 bung metal drums, UN rated for liquids, are perfect for essential oils thanks to their interior linings: G20 BPA-NI or G3/L3.
Eco-designed Roll-on bottles
To offer you a practical and eco-responsible packaging, we have selected this refillable and 100% recyclable roll-on bottle from our Ecosphere range. Eco-designed in Europe, this packaging adapted to the cosmetics market is composed of a white PP roll-on applicator delivered with its screw cap, a white PP refill bottle to be screwed under the applicator and a screw cap for the refill bottle sold separately. Thanks to the refill available in 50ml or 75ml, this roll-on is reusable, for a more responsible approach to packaging.
