Lightweight box
Lighter packaging for greater impact At MPO, innovation goes hand in hand with responsibility. Our latest advance in eco-design perfectly illustrates this ambition: we have developed a lighter clamshell box, made from fluted cardboard with optimised technical performance. Thanks to a carefully selected outer layer, the packaging retains its refined, high-quality appearance, while avoiding the creases that are usually visible on this type of structure. The result is visually flawless packaging that meets luxury standards, but is also much more environmentally responsible. A 47% reduction in weight: a strong gesture for the planet By going from 532 g for an identical format in compact cardboard to only 280 g, this new box is 40% lighter, without compromising on rigidity or customer experience. This technical feat translates directly into a significant reduction in carbon footprint on several levels: • Less raw material used, therefore less impact from the production phase onwards; • Fewer CO₂ emissions linked to sourcing • Fewer emissions during transport, thanks to a significant reduction in the overall weight of the pallets shipped.

The Frame Metal Pack is an innovative concept consisting of a rigid box base and a printed metal lid. Beyond its highly aesthetic and premium appearance, this concept gives your packaging a second life, as the lid can be transformed into a frame. Ideal for collector's editions of your products, it can be adapted to several formats.

Switch Box
A box that can be adapted to suit your marketing campaigns A rigid box base with a flexible lid that clips on using an MPO-certified tab system. This means the lid can be interchanged. MPO has also developed a cross-shaped wedge system that can be adapted to suit your products.

Flat box
The flat box is a rigid box delivered flat, offering quick assembly. A ready-to-use product manufactured in Europe. A space-saving solution that offers the elegant design of a rigid box with the practicality of a case. Boxes can be stacked flat behind a shop counter and opened quickly at the time of purchase.
