DecoFlex F
Modular hot stamping machine for high precision hot stamping of cylindrical, angled, non-circular and conical parts like mascara, sleeves, liners, etc. as well as heat transfer applications. The DecoFlex F was developed to meet the special and complex requirements of decorating mascara bottles and caps. The machine allows the most varied shapes of bottles and caps to be decorated by hot stamping. The DecoFlex F is the only machine that can decorate cylindrical, square, oval, and conical parts without having to retool the machine. CanButler

Prestige 40-45 Header Capper
The machine provides unbeaten flexibility for todays and tomorrow’s competitive tube production and challenging market requirements. It ensures high reliability and consistent overall efficiency at an optimum production speed. The available machine upgrade from Prestige 40 to the Prestige 45 improves tube production considerably. The latest machine features and software increase its speed from 120 to 140 tpm for tube diameters from 16 – 50 mm when using a shoulder thickness of 1.0 mm. Both high and low-profile caps can be applied, with low-profile caps reducing the amount of plastic used in the tube. SmartSeamer
PackSys Global’s SmartSeamer side-seamer is specifically designed to cost effectively produce small batches of high quality cosmetic laminate tubes. Producing up to 125 tubes/minute, the SmartSeamer is ideal for startup businesses or customers producing small batches. The SmartSeamer side-seamer has a highly stable, perfectly accurate seaming process, emphasizing today’s decoration possibilities and advantages of flat printing. Two high frequency generators allow independent application of power to inside and outside of the tube. Add to this the assurance of having the same output and tooling for both ABl and PBl, and the capability to change size parts within 30 minutes, this side-seamer is an attractive addition to the PackSys Global portfolio. CoreMaster
The grouping technique with mandrel plates and the resulting vertical unloading into boxes make the CoreMaster an ideal solution for all known packing applications. Tubes can be packed in plastic bags and in Draxis or Teledyne forms, each for round, oval and top-heavy tubes. Prestige 30 Header
PackSys Global’s new generation Prestige 30 Header is a jewel of innovation. The machine provides unbeaten flexibility for today's and tomorrow’s competitive tube production and challenging market requirements. It ensures high reliability and consistent overall efficiency at an optimum production speed. This fully electric machine is designed for maximum production output, with quick change and cost-saving size parts. An innovative and precise pressing process provides the highest tube quality at the lowest maintenance costs. The machine can be adapted to any application: used as a stand-alone unit or placed directly in-line with extruders, side-seamers or printers. Thanks to the clever HMI concept the machine is easy to set-up and operate, providing the shortest possible setup times. Optionally the header can be equipped with PackSys Global’s inspection system which allows for in-line checking of every tube. Shoulders can be checked from the top and sides for contamination, “short shots”, “flash”, etc... and the inside of tubes can be checked on the output conveyor for dust and other contamination. Tubes which have defects of any kind or contamination are rejected in a separate channel where they can be later reviewed. This machine is also upgradeable with the same size parts to the Prestige 40 and/or Prestige 45.
