The available machine upgrade from Prestige 40 to the Prestige 45 improves tube production considerably. The latest machine features and software increase its speed from 120 to 140 tpm for tube diameters from 16 – 50 mm when using a shoulder thickness of 1.0 mm. Both high and low-profile caps can be applied, with low-profile caps reducing the amount of plastic used in the tube.
