Administrative and Accounting Manager
Bogoods is currently seeking an Administrative and Accounting Manager to replace the current incumbent who is moving on to new opportunities!
Bogoods is currently looking for its next Administrative and Accounting Manager to replace the current position holder, who is heading off to new horizons!
Your missions:
1. Oversee daily administrative and accounting operations (80%)
- Manage general administration and prepare accounting documents for the external accountant, bringing your expertise in daily accounting processes (credit notes, cash flow, deposits, etc.).
- Handle all matters related to contracts, insurance, declarations, and pricing grids.
- Manage invoicing, client reminders, and supplier invoice archiving.
- Structure and optimize administrative processes within our ERP and adapt tools as needed.
- Monitor margins, prepare reporting, and cross-check financial data for the team and management.
- Oversee indirect purchasing (supplies, Swile, bike fleet, etc.).
- Manage after-sales flows and contribute to streamlining our operational processes.
2. Support our CSR approach (10%)
- Monitor ongoing CSR initiatives in collaboration with the teams.
- Continuously improve processes to ensure they are clear, sustainable, and aligned with our commitments.
- Oversee the tracking of suppliers, raw materials, and certifications.
3. Be the guardian of the Bogoods culture (10%)
- Embody and nurture Bogoods' values on a daily basis.
- Lead the onboarding process for new team members and animate internal life within the company.
