Maintenance Technician

Your responsibilities include: setting up and preparing packaging equipment, feeding the production line, operating packaging lines, managing the team, verifying batch records, ensuring proper packaging and labeling, meeting production targets, entering raw material usage and production output in the system for stock tracking, recording production and control data, improving line performance and team reliability, managing regular preventive maintenance, troubleshooting packaging machine issues, updating documentation, and monitoring performance indicators. You will adhere to internal procedures (operating methods, company policies), work schedules, hygiene and safety regulations, and follow FSC, PEFC, and GMP standards.
Multi-Skilled Finishing Assistant – Filling and copacking
Reporting to the Packaging Finishing Supervisor, and collaborating with internal teams (quality, logistics, customer service) and external partners (suppliers, clients), you will perform various finishing and packaging tasks. These include manual operations on printed products (folding, inserting, gluing), supplying finishing machines with materials, and preparing products for shipment (boxing, wrapping, sorting). You will also feed filling and packaging production lines, verify batch records, and ensure proper packaging and labeling. You may perform simple machine adjustments, record production data, monitor production, handle anomalies, perform self-checks, and clean and maintain machines. You will comply with internal procedures, safety regulations, and FSC, PEFC, and GMP standards.
**Multi-Skilled Margin Operator**
Reporting to the Print Service Manager and working closely with internal teams (quality, logistics, manufacturing), you will be responsible for preparing and supplying offset presses with paper, inks, and consumables. You will assist the press operator in executing production tasks and participate in production planning. You will verify and adjust inking, dampening systems, and paper supply, and record information about completed tasks. You will also handle cleaning and first-level maintenance of the production line. Skills required: knowledge of thin offset paper and cardboard printing, ink and direct tones, and experience with HEIDELBERG/KBA presses. A background in graphic industries (CAP/BEP, professional graphic production Bac) is required. Previous experience is a plus.
**Offset Press Operator**
Reporting to the Print Service Manager and collaborating with internal teams (quality, logistics, manufacturing), you will be responsible for preparing print jobs (machine settings, ink preparation) and printing according to the production file and client requirements. You will identify, analyze, and correct print defects, ensure print quality by following control procedures, and record work-related information. You will participate in first-level cleaning and maintenance of the production line and ensure smooth handover between shifts. Required skills: knowledge of thin offset paper and cardboard, colorimetry, and expertise in mechanics, electricity, and automation (HEIDELBERG/KBA). A background in printed production and significant experience on traditional or UV offset presses is required.
