VT240 is a thermoforming-filling machine designed in accordance with G.M.P. regulations (good manufacturing practice) for the production of thermo-formed unit-doses in plastic laminated material, aluminum or specials papers. It is operated by the trigger or the upper ball, highlighted by a gold E-coating finish. The handle, also in zamak, is bright white bronze electroplated. The petals and the body are made of aluminium, for a cold touch effect. The 5 inner components, only functional, are made of plastic. The assembly process ensure rigidity and its safety when used.
