We are happy to present Speed-Met II Double Face, an advanced solution designed to optimize packaging metallizing process, reduce operational costs, and ensure a smoother production flow while being future-ready, as bar loading and unloading can be automated.

Two satellites per side, with a 960 mm diameter; height customizable according to customer’s bar dimensions;

Fast cycle time: 7 minutes cycle time from start to end.

Exceptional productivity rate: the Speed-Met II machine can metallize up to 42 bars per satellite, meaning 84 bars per cycle.

No need for trolleys to move satellites and no need for extra satellites to load/unload bars.
