Arzuffi is worldwide leader in high vacuum coating systems and PVD&PECVD technologies. For over 30 years, we have designed and built customized equipment to completely satisfy the customer’s need and in the last few years we have revolutionized the idea of metallization with fully automated solutions. Our processes – from thermal evaporation to sputtering and reactive sputtering – guarantee an optimal metal deposition on a variety of substrate materials and shapes. Fast-Met
Fast-Met is a batch equipment with sputtering and reactive sputtering process. The structure can be customized according to customer’s need: the chamber can have 2 doors or one double-sided door, the magnetron cathode can be rotating or planar, the fixtures can be double or single and so on. Cycle time goes from 4 to 9 minutes. This solution is more and more demanded by the market to obtain colors, thanks to reactive sputtering. This “reactive” process results from the injection of gases in addition to the standard metallization one (typically argon), aimed to obtaining a series of colors ranging from gold to red to blue. Most requested effects are black chrome and gold rose. Our company always support the clients in finding the most suitable gas mixture to achieve the requested color finishes. Key benefit of Fast-Met is the ability to make the final results uniform, homogeneous and repeatable, guaranteeing the same shade on all the loaded pieces.
AM-KW 1900x1800
Arzuffi AM-KW is a thermal evaporation equipment which guarantee a very high productivity at low production cost. It is able to metallizing a wide range of substrate types and sizes and chamber dimension is designed according to the Customer's need (up to 1900x1800). The layout is compact and ergonomic and fixtures are maintenance-friendly.
LineMet Cosmetic
LineMet Cosmetic is the revolutionary equipment projected and manufactured by Arzuffi adapted for the cosmetic packaging industry. The system is designed for the automatic metallization of caps, closure, tubes (i.e. mascara or lipstick) and other cosmetic containers. The productivity is incredible high compared to the automatic systems available in the market. LineMet Cosmetic can process up to 720 bars per hour (12 bars within a cycle time of 1 minute) and can be customized according to your actual bar lenght. The system works in fully automation and can be installed into an existing paint line, replacing a manual batch system.
SpeedMet II Double Face
We are happy to present Speed-Met II Double Face, an advanced solution designed to optimize packaging metallizing process, reduce operational costs, and ensure a smoother production flow while being future-ready, as bar loading and unloading can be automated. Two satellites per side, with a 960 mm diameter; height customizable according to customer’s bar dimensions; Fast cycle time: 7 minutes cycle time from start to end. Exceptional productivity rate: the Speed-Met II machine can metallize up to 42 bars per satellite, meaning 84 bars per cycle. No need for trolleys to move satellites and no need for extra satellites to load/unload bars.
