ADP process to metallize your parts at 360°

If you need to metallize parts with difficult geometries, we have the solution

ADP – Advanced Deposition Process – is the latest innovation from Arzuffi, designed to dramatically improve the efficiency, coverage, and quality of your thermal evaporation coating.

How doest it work?
Unlike traditional evaporation systems that rely solely on inert gas injections, ADP activates a high-performance plasma process during the high vacuum phase.
• In a standard process, inert gas is introduced to create a uniform environment inside the vacuum chamber.
• With ADP, that same gas is electrically charged and ionized during the evaporation phase.
• The ionized gas begins moving at ultrasonic speed, reaching deep corners and shadowed areas typically untouched by conventional evaporation.
• It also redirects and accelerates the evaporated material—usually aluminum—ensuring full coverage across the entire chamber, including complex geometries and hidden surfaces.
Advantages of ADP
• Better penetration: achieve superior deposition even on challenging shapes, deep cavities, and intricate surfaces. ADP ensures 360° coverage, every time.
• Higher optical quality: thanks to the ionized gas, unwanted residual gases are removed more effectively during the process, resulting in enhanced reflectivity and higher aluminum brilliance.
• Higher uniformity: greater homogeneity and improved uniformity of aluminum deposition inside the vacuum chamber

If you own a recent Arzuffi AM/KW model, your system is most likely already compatible. For older machines, we offer custom evaluations to explore the upgrade possibilities.
