Starfoil VL840 spooling/slitting machine

This Value Line machine is suitable for spooling and slitting jumbo rolls on 1", 3" and 6” cores to master rolls on 1" and 3" cores by razor blade slitting or shear slitting (optional).

Working width: 840 mm - also available in 1300 + 1620 mm

- One 3" unwind air shaft
- Two 1" steel rewind shafts
- Adjustable speed
- Maximum speed of 200 meters per minute
- Maximum unwind roll diameter 700 mm
- Maximum rewind roll diameter 300 mm
- Min. slitting width razor blade slitting: 9 mm
- Min. slitting width shear slitting: 30 mm (option)
- Powder magnetic brake
- Count down meter: This meter counts down the pre-set number of meters to be spooled and automatically stops the machine as soon as the required number of meters has been reached.
- Razor grid for accurate razor blade slitting – 1 mm pitch
