Ludivine has always worked in the Beauty Industry, more specifically in Luxury Goods.
She has spent more than 24 years in the Coty group, in operations, in roles always linked to products (Quality, Launch Management, Packaging, Purchasing, Industrialisation, SC Sourcing strategy), and on different group sites (Chartres, Monaco, Paris, Cologne, Seaton…).
Her expertise is more focused on Fragrances, but she is also interested in body/skin care and make-up.
Ludivine is now Senior Director Technical & Sustainability Development in the Kering Beauté division, which is the ideal place for her to build on the experience she has acquired, but now with Sustainable Development as her backbone!
