L’Oréal and Hotel Shilla’s new luxury beauty collection

L’Oréal, Hotel Shilla and Anchor Equity Partners to launch a new luxury beauty brand, named Shihyo, reports Global Cosmetics News.
Shihyo, the luxury beauty line, is based on ShiHyo24, a signature ingredient, formulated from 24 herbal ingredients , sourced from local farmers in Korea. All of which are harvested at the peak of each season and are infused with fermented rice water and ginseng water. The collection includes 24 various types of ampoules, as well as skin care items like facial cleanser, essence, and cream, as well as scalp care products.
