In response to the global call for plastic reduction, SUN-RAIN has opened up a new track for plastic reduction and environmental protection materials.

At present, SUN-RAIN has launched all-plastic mono-material PP airless bottles and lotion pumps, which are respectively applied to skin care packaging and daily chemical products. Mono material packaging is easier to recycle compared to multi-material packaging.

Since it is made from a single type of material, it can be sorted and processed more efficiently at recycling facilities. This simplifies the recycling process and increases the likelihood that the packaging will be recycled and reused. Sun-rain launched the mono material airless bottle and lotion pump, from different liquid output to size and capacity, to meet the different needs of customers. Meanwhile, we have get the certificates for the PP spring, FTO(Freedom to Operate Search Report), APR(Association of Plastic Recyclers), European Appearance Patent, Utility Patent Certificate.

In addition to innovation in materials, Sun-rain has also developed refillable products, such as refillable airless bottle, refillable jar. By promoting the use of refillable bottles, fewer resources are required for manufacturing new packaging. This helps conserve raw materials, energy, and water, reducing the overall environmental impact associated with the production and disposal of cosmetic packaging.
