Awantys transforms semi-precious stones into beauty packaging components
With Awygem, Awantys is turning semi-precious stones into luxury packaging components for skincare, make-up and fragrance. The first branded projects are set to hit the market in 2027.
German primary packaging supplier Awantys has expanded its Awy portfolio with the addition of premium-positioned Awygem, a range of packaging components geared to the beauty segment made from semi-precious stones. However, this is not a stock solution; the elements are produced solely on a custom basis.
The stones can be transformed into caps, jars, and decorative elements for fragrance, make-up, and skincare. They are also suitable as outer shells for refill packaging solutions. From rose quartz to lapis lazuli, more than 30 types of stone have been tested and are available for sampling. Thanks to unique variations in the stone, each component is one-of-a-kind. Decoration options include laser engraving, hot stamping and screenprinting.
