The ADF Advisory Board is composed of world leading experts from brands, institutions and consultants that help us shape our content programme and cover key challenges in the aerosol industry. 

Jean has been administrator, VP and president of the British Aerosol Manufacturers Association (BAMA). His active involvement as director and VP of the CFA (French Aerosol Committee) made him an ideal candidate for the post of General Secretary.

Alain has held a variety of positions in different sectors, from research to sales to scientific and regulatory affairs. He worked for a contract aerosol filler before joining the Belgian Aerosol Association and finally the European Aerosol Federation (F.E.A.) where he has been Secretary General for more than 15 years. Alain has a background in chemistry, cosmetology, management and change management. He is also a former President of the Royal Belgian Society of Cosmetic Sciences. He teaches a course on aerosol technology at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB).

In 2005 he joined Kao where he worked in the Pack. Dev. Hair Care Brand GUHL for almost 2 years. His current position: Group leader of hair color packaging development for New Product Development, Innovation Projects (devices, tools, processes for hair color treatment, coop. with external partners), global Cost Reduction & sourcing strategy projects, global Packaging Specification System implementation.

In the continuity of his career, since January 2018 Franck is the director of LEREM (www.lerem.org). LEREM is a unique and independent centre of expertise on packaging. Franck is a member of the CFA, participates in the CFA FMA courses to present the compatibility module containing content. He is also a member of several technical committees at the CFA, FEA, SNFBM and the CR6Free commission of MPE.

Wilfried Duivenvoorden joined Unilever in 1999 and held several procurement roles across a wide range of portfolios. He is currently responsible for third party manufacturing procurement portfolio for beauty and personal care in Europe.

Peter has worked in Packaging Development for more than 40 years for P&G, Kao Germany, Wella AG, Richardson Merrell, Goldwell and Lamboy Packaging Consulting. He is the General Manager for the German Packaging Engineer Association (bdvi e.V.) and a Jury Member of the Germany Corrugated Board Association.

Alastair leads aerosol product innovation for Reckitt’s global portfolio of brands. After graduating with a BSc. (Hons) in Chemistry, he worked in R&D at Reckitt for over 13 years, covering different brands such as Air Wick, Mortein, Vanish, Veet and Lysol. He's now specialist in aerosol product and technology development for close to a decade. As part of the BAMA’s board of directors, he helps guiding and supporting the continued success of the UK and wider European aerosol industry as a whole.
